About Online Courses
The College of Animal Welfare offer courses that are entirely held online. These types of courses do not require College attendance and can be taken from anywhere within the UK or abroad and even from portable devices. There are no learning time restraints so online courses may be taken in your own time and at your own pace.
Online courses are hosted on the College's VLE (Virtual Learning Environment). After enrolment you will be given a username & password which will provide you with access to the VLE and all your online courses.
The online course format consists of both online Learning Material and online Assessment.
Learning Material can be in a variety of formats including; online text, downloadable PDF's, audio & video as well as interactive learning material.
Online Assessment is typically conducted using timed & secure multiple-choice exams. A certificate is available for download after passing the exam.
