Customer Service
(NVQ Level 2)

About This Course

Why Choose this course?

Effective customer service is the backbone of all successful business and forms a vital element of animal welfare and veterinary care. Poor Customer service will result in the loss of clients, in contrast effective customer service will help to create a lasting relationship with clients which will encourage them to keep coming back time and time again.

This work based learning programme is ideal for those who are working within an animal care or veterinary practice environment and have a lot of contact, whether face to face or by telephone, with clients.

I have found it really beneficial to be able to gain a qualification whilst not needing to attend college; this meant that I was able to continue my full time employment. I have found it fairly easy to gather evidence required for my coursework as I have direct contact to customers at my workplace
