Apprenticeships – tomorrow’s talent

Are you an organisation that works with animals? Have you ever thought of hiring an apprentice?

As part of National Apprenticeship Week 2016 The College of Animal Welfare would like to invite you to come along to our free ‘Apprenticeships -tomorrow’s talent’ event.  Taking place on Tuesday 15 March from 6pm – 8pm at our Huntingdon centre, a great event not to be missed!

A great opportunity to learn more about apprenticeships, the benefits they can bring and how their enthusiasm can progress your organisation. We’ll also be launching our new CAW Animal Care apprenticeship too! Our current vacancies will be displayed and our CAW representatives will be on hand to answer any of your questions and concerns.

CAW will help you find the right candidate for your organisation from the initial advertising of your vacancy through to scheduling interviews with the most aspiring applicants. We’ll make it as smooth sailing as possible for you to gain the workforce you require.

More and more small and medium sized businesses are taking on apprentices and reaping the benefits; with a range of apprenticeships now on offer in a variety of industries. We want to encourage the animal care industry to take on more apprentices so that students gain real hands on experience alongside their academic studies – giving them the chance to progress and allow them the opportunity to make a real difference to your industry.
