What’s more, there are added financial incentives for employers recruiting apprentices…

• 95% of apprenticeship training fees are covered by the government for small employers with digital accounts
• Employers who recruit an apprentice aged 16-18 are eligible for a £1,000 incentive payment from the government
• If you also have less than 50 contracted employees, the apprenticeship fees for those aged 16-18 years of age will be fully funded
• If you choose CAW as your training provider we can help you recruit free of charge
