Mansion Hill Veterinary Practice is a well-established veterinary practice caring for small animals, covering at our two sites are a fully equipped and modernised practice striving to achieve the highest standard of veterinary care in Banbury.
The successful candidate will be working alongside our team of qualified and student veterinary nurses to provide a high standard of care for our clients and hospital patients. Our VCAs see an exciting and varied caseload and have the opportunity to continually develop their skills supporting the team in surgical, medical and emergency nursing.
- Wage: £15,704 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age Minimum wage rates (opens in new tab)
- Hours: The role is full time, based on 40 hours per week including. Shifts between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm. There may be shift patterns that you will be required to follow. These may vary day to day or weekly.
- Start date: Tuesday 1 July

Essential qualifications
GCSE (grade A*-C or 9-4) in English Language, Mathematics, and Science. Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know.

After this apprenticeship
Upon completing your apprenticeship, you will become a qualified Veterinary Care Assistant. Mansion Hill Veterinary Practice are looking for a long-term candidate to grow with the practice and potentially, continue and progress your career.
