What you'll do at work
- Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing helpful and professional support
- Process customer orders accurately and keep customers updated on order progress and delivery times
- Prepare and assist with customer quotations, ensuring information is accurate and clearly communicated
- Build positive relationships with customers and deal with queries or issues promptly and professionally
- Liaise with colleagues across sales, production, purchasing and dispatch to ensure customer requirements are met
- Learn about Lil Packaging's products and services so that you can provide knowledgeable and helpful customer support
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information on company systems
- Develop communication, organisation and problem-solving skills through practical experience and apprenticeship training
