Westlodge Pet Hotel (South Cambridgeshire) are looking to recruit an Apprentice Animal Care Assistant on a 30 hour per week basis to provide care for their guests in their Luxury Pet Hotel. The candidate needs to be friendly, outgoing and happy to work in a team environment.
The position is based on a 3.5 day week and this will include one day at the weekend on a rota basis. The animals are taken care of 365 days throughout the year this also includes the holiday seasons (bank holidays, Easter, Christmas, New year etc).
You must be able to work with all animals and not just dogs and cats as we there are Donkeys and Goats on site that need care with light stable duties required for the Donkeys.
The working hours are 8am - 5:30pm.
The job does requires dedicated and hard working applicants as the hotel is a popular place that offers high end accommodation for dogs and cats so the standards are very high.
