Looking to start a career in customer service? What you'll do at work

• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing helpful and professional support
• Process customer orders accurately and keep customers updated on order progress and delivery times
• Prepare and assist with customer quotations, ensuring information is accurate and clearly communicated
• Build positive relationships with customers and deal with queries or issues promptly and professionally
• Liaise with colleagues across sales, production, purchasing and dispatch to ensure customer requirements are met
• Learn about Lil Packaging's products and services so that you can provide knowledgeable and helpful customer support
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information on company systems
• Develop communication, organisation and problem-solving skills through practical experience and apprenticeship training
