Voo Veterinary Group are offering the opportunity for three people to join their growing team as a customer care advisor apprentice. Vacancies are available in Cobham, Surbiton. and two locations in Woking.

- Salary: £15,704 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age. The Apprenticeship Minimum Wage of £7.55 for the first 12 months followed by the National Minimum Wage (if you are aged 19 or over on the start date of the apprenticeship).
- Hours: Monday – Friday with a 1:3 Saturday rotation. You will work between 30-40 hours / week. Times may vary depending on the role. However, on average, there are early shifts of 8:30am - 5:15pm and late shifts of 10:15am -7:00pm, with Saturdays being 9am -5pm.

- College: You will undertake the customer service practitioner (level 2) apprenticeship course through The College of Animal Welfare
What you will do:
You will work alongside the team as front of house, offering support to our clients, managing the diary and organisation of day-to-day tasks to include stock control and paperwork.
You will be responsible for answering the phones, managing the emails and diary management system. Booking appointments, taking payments, managing stock control and cleaning. There is also some level of basic handling skills of pets.

Entry Requirements
Essential qualifications are as follows. GCSE in:

In Veterinary, you can get a lot of mixed emotions from staff and clients due to the nature of the role. You are going to see the good but also the bad times of pet ownership, and you must be able to handle the more challenging, upsetting circumstances which pet ownership can bring. You may get upset clients, will have to be comfortable around explaining costs and taking payments and have good skills to defuse upset clients and work with your team to give the clients the best experience possible.
Training schedule
With this role, you will gain a level 2 apprenticeship in customer service and can go on to develop into a level 3 advanced customer service apprenticeship or management/leadership roles in the future.
The qualification is work-based only and does not require you to attend a college. You must work 6 hours a day off the job learning which will be from work and count towards your qualification.
Tuition will be provided online, and you will have an online personal tutor.
