Position: Full time

Salary: £25,000 to £29,999

Job Description:

Your role will include but is not limited to elements of Client care and of course Patient care.

• Providing daily care and attention to our patients

• Feeding, monitoring and tending to the needs of our patients

• Supporting our vets and nurses

• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and infection control

• Preparing kennels and treatment areas

• Running samples in our in house laboratory

• Preparing clinical areas for the next patient

• Restocking consult rooms and other areas.

• Assisting with stock control and making up medication.

• Delivering excellent client care to pets and their owners including welcoming owners and pets on arrival

• Assisting our reception team with scheduling appointments

We're looking for someone who has

• A genuine love of animals and commitment to their welfare

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills and able to take instruction

• A calm, professional approach in a busy environment

• Confident handling animals of different sizes

• Previous animal care experience preferred.

• £13.50/hr
