Brand new for 2027 – new format, new audience! VETS: Leadership Congress
Following the success of our veterinary nursing congresses, we are delighted to introduce our new online congress designed specifically for veterinary surgeons.
Created for vets looking to develop their leadership and management skills, this congress recognises the realities of modern practice. While some veterinary surgeons actively pursue management roles, many find themselves becoming "accidental managers", taking on leadership responsibilities with little formal training or support, whilst continuing to balance clinical duties and team management.
This congress is designed to help you navigate those challenges with confidence. Whether you are new to leadership or looking to strengthen your existing skills, the programme will provide practical knowledge, expert guidance, and valuable insights to support your professional development.
The event offers 6 hours of evidence-based CPD, delivered by a panel of highly respected experts. Across the day, four guest speakers will explore key aspects of leadership and management in veterinary practice, providing actionable strategies that can be applied in everyday situations.
In addition, the programme includes two live Q&A sessions, giving you the opportunity to engage directly with the speakers, discuss challenges, and gain advice tailored to the realities of veterinary leadership.
Join us for a day of expert-led learning, practical discussion, and professional development, and leave with the tools and confidence to become a more effective leader.
