VetSkill Level 2 Certificate for Veterinary Receptionists
Please read and confirm the following:
No qualifications are required, however you should have a sound level of numeracy, literacy and ICT skills.
You must be employed, or volunteering, on reception in a veterinary practice for a minimum of eight hours per week, and have done so for at least three months before applying. You will need to ensure you have an allocated mentor (with a minimum of two years’ experience of reception work) in your practice to support you through the course.
