Learning Support Assistant
Job location: Multi-centre
Position: Full time
If you have experience or background in working in an educational environment with up to date knowledge of supporting adult learners then this may be the position for you.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring learner progress, supporting tutors in all aspects of classroom activities, and provide feedback to lecturers on learner progress, competency and behaviour.
Applicants should be good communicators to be able to support different levels of learners, have basic literacy and numeracy skills and be an excellent administrator. A level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning would be desirable. Candidates should be keen to motivate learners through to achievement in their chosen profession.
