The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring learner progress and providing pastoral support outside of the classroom. Applicants should be good communicators with current educational knowledge, ideally from within the subject area. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, and should be keen to motivate learners through to achievement in their chosen profession.
