This role is perfect for a passionate RCVS registered veterinary nurse who wants to develop their leadership skills, while still being able to continue their clinical practice in a busy hospital. You will lead veterinary nurses and care assistants to deliver an efficient and caring service to our clients who now, more than ever, need our help. You\\\'ll be directly supported in your development by our Head Nurse and will have access to PDSA\\\'s internal leadership and management training programme. You will join an experienced management team who believe in their people, development and in the importance of a great work life balance.
