If you are in need of any support in relation to your course or personal circumstances then please browse all support available from the College on the link below or contact your person tutor.
Absences
For any absences from College then please inform us if you are going to be late, absent or need to leave early. This can be done in several ways:
a. Telephone by 8.30am on the first and every subsequent day of absence. Please leave a voicemail if outside of normal working hours (01480 422060)
b. Email our student absence team (studentabsence@caw.ac.uk)
c. Inform your personal tutor however if this on the day of absence/lateness your personal tutor may be teaching and therefore may not see you email until the end of the day

IT Issues
For any technical issues with the VLE please submit a ticket, and the helpdesk will get back to you as soon as possible.
