This is a very hands on role where you will be involved in every aspect of work in a veterinary practice, from reception work to practical work (such as general anaesthesia). You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

You will work 40 hours a week (shifts TBC) and must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (grade A*-C or 9 -4) in English Language, Maths and a Science subject. You will study the Veterinary Nurse Level 3 Apprenticeship with The College of Animal Welfare.
