As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. You will be involved in every aspect of work in a veterinary practice, such as reception, laboratory, consults, general anaesthesia, cleaning.
You will undertake the Veterinary Nurse Apprenticeship (Level 3) with The College of Animal Welfare.
Requirements
Essential qualifications
5 GCSEs including:
- English Language (grade A*-C or 9-4)
- Mathematics (grade A*-C or 9-4)
- Science (grade A*-C or 9-4)
Desirable qualifications
Animal Management or other veterinary courses.
