My Best Friend Dog Grooming was established in 2015 by Jon and Clara Roff. The business now operates from 2 salons in West Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.

Due to continued expansion we are looking to take on 1 apprentice at each location.

My Best Friend has always put the welfare of the dogs in our care above anything else and have a reputation for providing outstanding grooms.

Job Description:

As a dog grooming apprentice you will learn about all aspects of dog grooming with a focus on bathing, pre-styling preparation, pet trims and nail clipping.

This is a very hands on role and the successful candidate must have a passion for working in the animal care sector. No prior experience is needed.

In addition to the basics of dog grooming you will also cover a variety of dog welfare topics, health and safety and customer service.
