This session will look at the expectations for assessing competency of the RCVS Day One Skills and Professional Behaviours, within the workplace. Assessment principles, observation of competency and authenticity of evidence will be discussed, alongside the roles and responsibilities of the Student VN and Clinical Supervisor, and the requirements of VetSkill as the Awarding Organisation.
