Progression pathways will be compared with other relevant professions to look at how we might achieve this. What does progression look like for you and what does that mean to you? Sometimes people envisage progression as a title change or a salary increase but are we evaluating progression in veterinary nursing with the right mindset? This session will reflect on how we perceive progression and what it means to us to achieve it.
