Job Description:

JR Veterinary is working with a great practice in Basingstoke who have a great opportunity for a Patient Care Assistant/ Student Veterinary Nurse to join their dedicated, knowledgeable team.

As a full-time member of the team, you’ll assist with essential nursing duties and care, all while being supported by the practice staff and your dedicated Clinical Coach.

As part of your training, you’ll also be expected to attend an accredited college to learn essential and advanced veterinary nursing theory. This is taught over the course of three years for a level 3 diploma, or four years for a degree at the Royal Veterinary College, after which you’ll graduate as a Registered Veterinary Nurse.

This is a full time position working an average of 43hrs per week with an equally shared weekend rota.
