Clinical Supervisor
Clinical supervisor training, and attendance at annual standardisation events, are mandatory for those supporting CAW Level 3 Diploma and FdSc/BSc (Hons) Veterinary Nursing students in practice.
We currently offer training in two formats:
- Online
All clinical supervisors, whether you are working in a CAW TP/supporting a CAW student or not, are welcome to undertake our online training/standardisation training, free of charge. Details of these can be found below. - Centre-Attended
Our centre-based clinical supervisor standardisation events are available free of charge to active clinical supervisors who are currently supporting CAW students on the VetSkill VTEC Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing programme. Please contact us for forthcoming dates.

For those supporting RVC FdSc/BSc VN students.
Online Clinical Supervisor Initial Training – MDX
For those supporting MDX BSc VN students.
Online Clinical Supervisor Initial Training – VetSkill
For those supporting VetSkill Level 3 VN students.
Online Clinical Supervisor Standardisation
All clinical supervisors must attend at least one standardisation event per year.
