What is a Training Practice (TP) and why become one?

A Training Practice (TP) is a veterinary practice that has been approved to support and supervise student veterinary nurses during the practical elements of their training.

Becoming a TP not only plays a vital role in developing the next generation of qualified professionals and supporting the future of the profession, but it can also benefit your practice by helping to develop trained, loyal staff. Many practices find that training students creates opportunities for future recruitment, allowing them to develop skilled veterinary nurses who are already familiar with their team, systems, and standards of care.
