The College of Animal Welfare's satellite centre, based inside Southfields Veterinary Specialists, offers students in the Essex area the opportunity to study the Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing programme.
Southfields Veterinary Specialists is a dedicated veterinary referral hospital in Basildon, comprising an on-site specialist Oncology service, and referral services in Medicine, Cardiology and Neurology. With a Linear Accelerator for radiotherapy treatment, Southfields is the only private centre in the UK and one of very few in Europe to have such advanced equipment.
